At once ultra-classy and sublimely dissapointing, this Lenox Hotel staple is the snobby alternative to the other bar in the building, Solas. Walking into City Bar, one is reminded of a business meeting spot for executives rather than a place to enjoy oneself and drink, and this stifles the potential for a great time. It would make a great movie set for a 1920's European rendesvous. The age range is clearly targeted at 30+ money magnets, so don't come here to kick off your shoes (because anyone wearing sneakers cannot pass). As would be expected, drink prices are through the roof.
